Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds: Books may be returned for refund, so long as it/they are in their original condition and received at THINKSMARTLY LLC within 30 days of delivery date.

2. Condition Requirements: Book(s) returned must be in the same condition as received, without any signs of wear, damage, or markings, to qualify for a refund.

3. Return Process: Books must be physically shipped, at the buyer’s own expense, to THINKSMARTLY LLC, 600 N. Broad Street Ste 5 #2156. Include a copy of your paid receipt, and a note with your reason for the return. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method/credit card within 10 days of receipt of the item(s).

5. Non-Refundable Items: Personalized or signed copies of the book cannot be returned or refunded,
